Body Exterior

The Toyota RAV4 LE and XLE have similar exterior designs, but there are a few differences. The LE comes with 17-inch steel wheels, while the XLE comes with 17-inch alloy wheels. The XLE also features automatic headlights, fog lights, and heated exterior mirrors, which are not available on the LE. In addition, the XLE has a power moonroof, while the LE does not.

Body Interior

The interior of the RAV4 LE and XLE is spacious and comfortable, but there are some differences between them. The LE comes with a 7-inch infotainment display, while the XLE has an 8-inch display.

The XLE also comes with a 6-speaker sound system, while the LE has a 4-speaker system. The XLE also features a power-adjustable driver's seat, while the LE has a manually adjustable seat. The XLE has dual-zone automatic climate control, while the LE has a single-zone system.

Performance

The RAV4 LE and XLE have the same engine, which is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that produces 203 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. Both trims come standard with an 8-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.

All-wheel drive is available as an option for both trims. The fuel economy of the LE and XLE is also the same, with an estimated 8.1 L/100 km in the city and 6.6 L/100 km on the highway.

Safety

The Toyota RAV4 LE and XLE come with Toyota Safety Sense 2.0, which includes a pre-collision system with pedestrian detection, lane departure alert with steering assist, automatic high beams, and dynamic radar cruise control.

Both trims also come with a backup camera, hill start assist, and a tire pressure monitoring system. The XLE has additional safety features, including blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and front and rear parking sensors.

Price

The Toyota RAV4 LE has a starting price of $28,090, while the XLE starts at $31,190. The price difference between the two trims is mainly due to the additional features that come with the XLE, such as the power moonroof, alloy wheels, and dual-zone climate control. The all-wheel-drive option is also more expensive on the XLE than on the LE.
